Bury atoms at the spot where you are standing, so other players cannot catch them. Another player can only take them by digging within about 4 m of this spot. You get them back from Inventory > Hidden by walking to the spot.
Pair your GNSS receiver in the phone's Bluetooth settings first. The app then logs in to the CORS caster, sends the corrections to the receiver and plays with its centimetre-level position.
